已解决。
解决方式： 自行在.md文件中添加fontawesome的css文件，如https://cdn.bootcdn.net/ajax/libs/font-awesome/5.15.3/css/all.min.css，可能是版本不兼容而导致问题。
仍然存在的问题：此时会请求两个fontawesome的css文件，大神能告诉一下自带的fontawesome静态资源在哪取消吗？

目前默认的是没地方取消的
