We were in agreement about EngineIgnitor; that got shuffled to Recommends. I also moved RealSolarSystem to Recommends, since it's very plausible to play RO in 6.4x or 10x Kerbin. However, given that, should RSS even be in Recommends, or should it (and the others) be in Suggests? (But they conflict...)

@pjf, apologies for the bad commit message. I was unaware I had write access and thought I was going to make a PR with a description field later. So my commit message doesn't reference RealismOverhaul, although obviously Files-Changed will.

I think it's reasonable to have RSS as a recommends, and 64x and friends as suggests. A "typical" installation would use RSS, but users can pick the others if they want. And if they're already using 64x and try to install RO, we'll skip trying to install RSS anyway.

Which is a long way of saying where it is right now looks good to me. :-)

Not sure about tweakscale, given that one will not have the decouplers or structural parts needed otherwise. Also, Proc Fairings should definitely be in Recommended, since its utility is not merely in fairing things but in making interstages (since engine and tank size no longer matches in RO).

As for AJE, I think if RealFuels is in the required, AJE should be as well. It's probably even more necessary than RealFuels. Stock rocket behavior is mildly broken (isp/thrust issue, fuel density vs isp issues), but stock jet behavior is very broken.

Only change I would suggest is to no longer have RSS strictly required, but move it to suggests. Maaaybe recommends? (RO can be used as well with 10x Kerbol, or even 6.4x...)

I have been updating the netkan for realism overhaul, this ticket is not needed.
