Try to explain it better...

I'm applying it to a container div. Works fine. I'm then completely replacing the innerHTML of that div. Then trying to reapply the plugin to the new html in the original element. And nada...

Looks like this is a dup... my bad. #34

Creating a new container via JS worked... not the best solution, but works. I would think the instance should destroy itself if it's being applied to the same container twice.

Can you just call .expander('destroy').expander() ?
