devtools issues (makechrootpkg fails) about archpower

devtools are largely untested as I only use a small subset of programs contained within. makechrootpkg isn't one of them as I don't appreciate the slowness of it. I welcome a PR though.

I use domakepkg which wraps the build into a docker container.

I'll see if my mediocre bash skills can come up with something to fix this in a clean way, I just forced the variable to be ppc64le temporarily :p

I might try it but I like to keep my workflow across my machines, then again it's probably a good thing that we use different methods so that both can be maintained.
I have another PR coming first though for 4K-page linux kernel, something this distro definitely needs as an option :)

Alright we're getting somewhere.
I managed to get the mkarchchroot & makechrootpkg system working on the PowerMac G5 as well.
I'll see what needs to be updated in the devtools package to get this working.
