Release v0.8.2 about cluster-proportional-vertical-autoscaler

Okay, it appears that there is a deprecation happening on the gcr.io registry that CPVA is using: https://groups.google.com/g/kubernetes-dev/c/MkXnkTSJ_vs/m/7wvClbkxAgAJ

I need to learn about what the new way is to publish the container image.

kubernetes/k8s.io#739 is promoting the new images for this release.

Closing this as a new release has been created: https://github.com/kubernetes-incubator/cluster-proportional-vertical-autoscaler/releases/tag/v0.8.2

Unfortunately the flip for the vanity domain (k8s.gcr.io) from gcr.io/google-containers to {asia,eu,us}.gcr.io/k8s-artifacts-prod hasn't happen yet, so the image is now only available via URL like us.gcr.io/k8s-artifacts-prod/cpa/cpvpa-arm64:v0.8.2, other than k8s.gcr.io/cpa/cpvpa-arm64:v0.8.2.

I will follow that closely and hope the updated image URL would work for now.

@HaithemSouala I'm currently adding a staging image repo for the autoscaler: kubernetes/k8s.io#725. Once that is in, we can start building and pushing the image for the new release.

@MrHohn , is there any update? I see that the referenced PR in k/k8s.io are merged.
