help with curl about ingress-nginx

@yunhai20082008 there are very few resources here in github for helping with how to run curl and where to learn curl for the ingress you created. This is not about a broken controller or any other problem related to the ingress-nginx controller. So I will close this issue.

Its better if you discuss on kubernetes.slack.com. You can register at slack.k8s.io if needed. There are many many people there.

In the pod /etc/hosts file, you can make a entry like "192.168.20.12 demo.localdev.me" and then try curl.
