### Steps to reproduce
This was reproduced at the Workflow Agent's production type-checker and output-adapter boundary.
1. Declare `meta` as `OBJECT` and `items` as `ARRAY[OBJECT]`.
2. Return output shaped like the following, where the ID also matches a resolvable ToolFile:
```json
{"meta":{"id":"11111111-1111-4111-8111-111111111111"},"items":[{"id":"11111111-1111-4111-8111-111111111111"}]}
```
3. Pass the output through `PerOutputTypeChecker`, followed by `WorkflowAgentOutputAdapter.build_success_result`, as the success path does.
4. Compare the final values to the declared object output.
The type checker marks both values READY. The adapter's legacy `{id}` file conversion then runs without consulting the declared output type and replaces them with `FileSegment`/`ArrayFileSegment` values. This also invokes ToolFile lookup for data declared as an object.
The regression uses the real type checker and adapter with a controlled ToolFile rebacker.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
Values declared as OBJECT or ARRAY[OBJECT] preserve their object shape, including an id field, without ToolFile conversion or lookup.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
A minimal object with a resolvable id is converted into a file segment. An array of such objects is converted into an array of file segments despite its declared object item type.

The code at that commit behaves as you describe. In `_normalize_output_value`, [the legacy ToolFile conversion runs before the declared output type is checked](https://github.com/langgenius/dify/blob/43af5082d3c4ab8a96067370d2f86f214e3c85ae/api/core/workflow/nodes/agent_v2/output_adapter.py#L170-L190). `declared_output` is only consulted afterwards, so it can't stop the conversion.
The legacy path is [triggered by shape alone](https://github.com/langgenius/dify/blob/43af5082d3c4ab8a96067370d2f86f214e3c85ae/api/core/workflow/nodes/agent_v2/output_adapter.py#L211-L232). A mapping whose keys are exactly `{"id"}`, or a non-empty list of such mappings, goes to the ToolFile rebacker. If the rebacker resolves the id, the result becomes a `FileSegment` or `ArrayFileSegment`. The code never checks whether the field was declared `OBJECT` or `ARRAY[OBJECT]`, and the ToolFile lookup runs even for data declared as an object. Your repro hits both cases: `meta` is `{"id": ...}` and `items` is `[{"id": ...}]`.
The adapter's docstring describes the legacy `{id}` handling as a [backwards-compatible fallback for older Agent backend builds](https://github.com/langgenius/dify/blob/43af5082d3c4ab8a96067370d2f86f214e3c85ae/api/core/workflow/nodes/agent_v2/output_adapter.py#L29-L40). A likely fix is to skip it when the field's declaration is anything other than `FILE` or `ARRAY[FILE]`:
- Run the legacy conversion only when `declared_output` is `None`, or is `FILE`, or is `ARRAY` with a `FILE` item type.
- Return the value untouched for any other declared type, including `OBJECT`, `ARRAY[OBJECT]` and `STRING`.
Undeclared fields would keep the old behavior. They have the same ambiguity, but changing them could break older backends, so a maintainer should decide that. A regression test with a ToolFile rebacker that fails if called would cover the "no lookup" expectation.

I checked the compatibility concern against the original baseline and the implementation in #43450. Four adapter cases covering absent/empty declarations and scalar/array legacy ToolFile IDs pass on the baseline and fail with the initial PR implementation.
A supplemental patch is prepared that preserves the legacy fallback for outputs without a matching declaration while keeping explicit `OBJECT` and `ARRAY[OBJECT]` values as objects. It also reuses `SYSTEM_DECLARED_OUTPUTS` so system `text` keeps its declared type and does not enter undeclared-file inference.
With this supplemental patch, the output-adapter and type-checker modules have **63 passing tests**. Targeted lint, formatting, production-source type checks, and `git diff --check` also pass.
The compatibility tests provide an effective tenant to the adapter. The existing workflow-node caller does not forward a tenant, so node-level ToolFile lookup remains a separate wiring issue. FILE type validation is unchanged.
The supplemental patch has been validated locally and is pending upload to #43450; these results describe the prepared patch, rather than the current published PR head.
