REGEXP support not available about ucto

Ok,
the problem lies in the ticcutils package you installed prior to ucto.
Ticcutils uses the boost regexp package. But it also builds when that is not available.
Unfortunately ucto DOES NEED a variant with boost build in.
So: please install libboost-dev and libboost-regex-dev and then reconfigure and install ticcutils
Hopefully this solves your problems.

A more convenient way might be to use LaMachine which has all the dependencies on board.

We will revise the ticcutils and ucto configuration in the future.
