Utterance processing, don't do paragraph detection inside utterances about ucto

I guess ideally we should check if Paragraph is in ACCEPTED_DATA and if not fall back on Sentences (and if that isn't allowed, on Words)

For now , I hacked some code to handle utterances like sentences. So directly add Words.
