Yes. A Latitude project is built using a Node version, then if the Node version changes some packages are not working as expected anymore and throw that error.

The current solution to this is removing the .latitude folder and rebuilding the project.

Hmm if you use an incompatible node version we can't protect the user from that. Maybe the setup command could have a force flag to reinstall dependencies but not sure if this is a correct approach honestly
