I also have issue, the info callback doesn't seem to work. How to get tu current slide?

I have actually figured it out after some deep, deep digging into the OwlCarousel object in the Chrome inspector. My solution is as follows: I gave each object in my OwlCarousel an onClick(e) handler that takes an event, e. That event has a property, page, that represents that specific object in the OwlCarousel. The page property has its own property, index, representing the index of that page in your OwlCarousel. That is your current slide number.

tl;dr -> onClick(e) handler for each object in your OwlCarousel, e.page.index to get the current slide number.

from react-owl-carousel.
