@cielpy, by default items don't shrink and don't grow, in your case since their container has a height of 100 pixels, if you want your buttons to shrinks to respect their container height, you must set their shrink property:

                   for _ in 0...3 {
                        let btn = UIButton(type: .custom)
                        flex.addItem(btn).width(100).shrink(1).marginTop(10).backgroundColor(.blue)
