I looked into it for a few minutes and have no idea how to fix this yet. Not sure where and why in the container it tries to load the extension. For anyone else investigating, here are the offical docs of the image used.
This relates to #206
It even shows the warning if you execute php -v in the container, so it should be something globally configured in the image.
