I did some more testing, and at times it will actually show thumbnails fine--- but bugged out and won't let me close the sidebar. At other times, the thumbnails are messed up.

I have tested the same documents as well and gotten different results.

@kegster Please provide us with more information, as I'm unable to reproduce your problem. Preferably, create a jsfiddle demonstrating the issue.

Without a reproducible case, this issue will be close on October 1, 2016.

Hi @jasny, since this Ticket is still open, I could reproduce the same error with Pdfs which includes a dynamic Form, when trying to update the form.

annotation-choice-widget.pdf

I hope this helps to resolve this issue.
