I deleted no such folders. It may have never been created.

Second issue cannot be fixed

Why is that? It makes no sense for the number to stay 0 if the signal strength is greater than.

Third is impossible

If the time text is changed to anything then does that replace the time itself? What is a use case to replace the time but keep the date?

I updated and reapplied using version 1.0.3. The 0 remains for numerical mobile data signal strength. The iPad contains an activated physical SIM and a non-activated embedded SIM. The 0 for mobile data signal strength should change as does the wi-fi signal strength but unfortunately it remains static. Again, each theme I attempt to apply refuses to be applied for it says a folder of [insert theme] does not exist. Of course I delete nothing. Interestingly, folders of other themes are there in the Themes folder.

Also, I noticed a couple of behaviours since I have used version 1.0 which may or may not be due to the programme. Firstly, after successful restoration, a couple of settings are changed: the toggle to permit apps to ask to track is on [I must disable it]. Encryption on my local bakup disappears [I must re-enable encryption]. Auto-lock reverts to two minutes instead of any other time limit I specify [I must change it from two minutes]. Are these changes a result of Cowabunga Lite or is this some strange Apple thing?

encryption being disabled is because cowabunga lite does not use encryption

the rest could either be an issue related to the files that the springboard options edit (like dictation) or it could be something with how apple restores iphones and the setup being skipped

Can you change this or is it technically infeasible?

Dictation settings may have been changed also; I have not verified those. If ever you discover the reason hopefully Cowabunga Lite can preserve such automatically modified settings in future.
