AppImage does not run about libcloudstorage

Well, this script relies on APPDIR environment variable being set. It contains magic described here: https://github.com/darealshinji/AppImageKit-checkrt/

Then it should set $APPDIR first... before using it. Since the contents of the AppImage shall also work when one runs --appimage-extract and then executes the AppRun script directly.

For example, like this:

APPDIR="$(dirname "$(readlink -f "${0}")")"

I have fixed the script; there is now a new release (1.4) which should be working when unpacked.
Tested under Ubuntu 14.04 and 18.04
