Subcommand options broken in v2.6 about args

Yes, otherwise I assume it wouldn't have worked before.

Also, the message shows me the help of foo, not foo bar.

@ntwcklng Maybe we're only checking for options, not their short versions

I checked: it also doesn't work with the long version.

The problem is we process.exit() too early and only get the chance to iterate through the first option group from the main command foo.
