The current Rust-related skills provide a solid foundation, but they could be further strengthened by incorporating guidance from [Microsoft's Pragmatic Rust Guidelines](https://microsoft.github.io/rust-guidelines/guidelines/). These guidelines cover practical recommendations around API design, error handling, ownership patterns, performance, security, maintainability, and overall Rust best practices that align well with production-grade software development. Integrating them into the existing skills would help promote more consistent, idiomatic, and maintainable Rust code generation while leveraging industry-recognized recommendations. This would complement the existing Rust skills and provide additional guidance for generating higher-quality Rust implementations. cc @leonardomso
