Hi @trcarden,
Haha! No.
The (paltry!) test suite was run and passed -- and I just ran it again to be sure :) I also tried it on my test app, both dev mode and with rake assets:precompile
and everything is peachy.
Since I am also on rails 3.2.6
, I am wondering what the difference might be. The line in question is fairly innocuous -- no idea on why the config is not found !?
(edit)
I am not seeing how it might even happen, if you have a solution, I would be super happy to get it in ASAP.

And no sooner did I write that, that I see what the problem is (and why my test app and the suite work!). Gem yanked, commit in place, and new gem pushed.
