我没有深入研究和实测过。搜了下别人的文章，感觉网络io场景的综合情况下io_uring并不比epoll强。

目前没这个计划。
libaio本身比较渣，不值得用。
io_uring性能并不比epoll强太多而且低版本内核不支持，golang runtime目前应该也还是用的epoll。如果未来io_uring越来越多，或许会考虑用来替换掉epoll
