On first run of the app. I get the following error. ``` Sequel::DatabaseError: SQLite3::SQLException: no such table: users ``` Apparently file `db/migrations/001_create_tables.rb` was not run. How to fix it? Also what is the default user/pass?
Sorry for coming back late. A `rake db:migrate` should do it (devel branch).
