Devise the means by which poise will utilise md file tooling about poise

I think there remains an open question, though:

• do we want to do all the querying in JSON via the jq language (using the mdsplode tool's built-in support for jq)?
• or do we want to convert the parsed quasi-markdownAST into something like relational data, and query that?

While the former will incur some overhead every time a new query needs to be written to extract some JSON, the latter will involve a greater initial left. Probably best to wait until the usage patterns dictate a need for said lift ...
