DHTs and NATs about js-libp2p

We should definitely jump into some kind of fast communication medium (like an hangout), to catch up, there are lot of details that need to be covered, but the bulk of it is:

• Is the DHT work going to happen this Quarter? Yes, later this Quarter, see the ROADMAP at https://waffle.io/ipfs/roadmaps. Right now we are doing all of the other pieces to make that work nicely, see: ipfs/team-mgmt#310 (comment)
• Help is always welcome, it would be beneficial if you can tackle the issues we have at hand for each sprint, otherwise, the context switching cost will be very expensive by going back and forward on things we have deferred later in the quarter.
• NAT. Yes, there is a ton of work available for NAT Traversal, WebRTC is kind of a canon to solve this problem, but not every peer will have WebRTC neither we can trust WebRTC 100% of the times. Relay is one of the solutions, but to get a much deeper understanding I would recommend reading through:

Hi @gavinmcdermott, long time no see! I hope everything is ok.

I've been revamping, polishing and cleaning a lot of stuff in libp2p land to help people get started. One of the steps is curating the issues so that they become the most objective possible. I'm breaking this one into two:

• NAT #104
• DHT #51
