Add terms/definitions to glossary; relevant sections in Episode 1 where the terms are found are linked accordingly.

glossary additions,
Based on the Verge article from 2021,
I would include basics, such as
- desktop application
- graphical interface
- VIAF and NAR
Or we might revamp the first sentence, closer to DC's or SWC's. E.G.:
Excellent comma-separated paragraph and also first paragraphs about spreadsheet explanation in DC
SWC's first sentence is a great simplified example. (I couldn't find the link @ostephens )
Is it still current to describe:
- SaaS but also
- local for privacy,
- not manipulating original file,
- in comparison to how it is unlike jupyter notebook, or
- data is not manipulated in the cloud (unusual now compared to earlier).
These might already be covered elsewhere in the lesson.
iPad land not yet possible as it is not in the app store, but also need CLI--command line interface.

@jas58 the change to the first sentence with links to the phrasing in data carpentry lessons is in this issue #335 - if we make these changes then I don't think we'll need the definitions for desktop application or graphical interface. I included VIAF and NAR in the issue already
