Last commits break WAD loading for classic_armv7_a7 about libretro-prboom

Same issue on e Pi4 or Pi3, looks like a regression introduced in 0827aba.
First start of the core works fine, but subsequent starts it just hangs when trying to read the prboom.cfg saved in the 1st run. The issue is not the file's contents, since all content is commented out.

EDIT: removing the .cfg file solves the issue, but just until the next start, when it tries to read it again.

@LibretroAdmin may want to investigate or revert 0827aba.

Indeed, it does not find WAD files whereas they are here:
