Ok, got it thanks to the cd config
steps:
- Download [openal-soft-1.21.0-bin.zip](download openal-soft-1.21.0-bin.zip) and unzip it
- Copy its
bin/Win64/soft_oal.dllto the git clone folder and rename itOpenAL32.dll - Copy
C:\Windows/System32/VCRUNTIME140.dllto the git clone folder - Install mingw64 (MSVCRT) and copy
mingw64/bin/libwinpthread-1.dllto the git clone folder
Add to the environment variables :
CGO_CFLAGS=-IC:/openal-soft-1.23.1-bin/includeCGO_LDFLAGS=-LC:/openal-soft-1.23.1-bin/libs/Win64
nb: when I wanted to download openal-soft-1.21.0-bin.zip, its website was down, if so, you can get it on web.archive.org
