Enchance version expression for getting Java / OS / Other Plugin versions about lifeskript

Supporting all API of Bukkit PluginManager system would be great.

Getting Java Version

on load:
 send property "java.version" to console

Getting OS Version

on load:
 send property "os.version" to console

Getting Other Plugin Versions

on load:
 send version of plugin "Skript" to console

Plugin names must be same as in plugin.yml file. For example, if you enter "skript" instead of "Skript" as a plugin name, you can't get the Skript version.

Other Notes

Use skMirror for interacting with Java. I don't have such plans to implement more features.
