First issue is caused by your screen resolution being too small. CustomTube is mainly tested at a screen resolution of 1920x1080, but anything above 1366x768 should work. If your screen is smaller than that, you'll need to zoom out (I need to zoom in to 170% to get this to happen).

Second issue is also caused by your screen resolution, though the history page has issues no matter what resolution you use currently. I'm not sure when this will be fixed.

My resolution is 2160x1440, so I don't understand what you mean.

Well that is very strange, because when I zoom out to 67% (around 2560x1440), I get this:
