我手上没有Windows设备，无法直接复现你这个问题
不过可以给你一些建议，先不用pipenv，直接用python自带的venv创建虚拟环境，然后安装，在国内可以使用清华源, 地址是https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
在我的mac本地和github action的Ubuntu系统上都能正常安装依赖

好的，找到原因了，Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required
