psng/icons_1024x768/probe_screen.hala duplicate ofpsng.hal? (There is currently 2 copies of that file in the repo).. if it is, we can delete it.

branch files_cleanup should be in working state now.
If anyone could do some testing, it would be very useful. #

Overall, looks good - I can't test at the moment as I'm part way through swapping out the control board in my panel.
Can you open a PR for the change? Much easier to review and comment in the PR :)
