[BUG] container does not respond to signals about docker-unifi-controller

Running 'strace' within the container on process 1 shows that it receives the SIGTERM, but the s6-supervise processes do not receive the signal.

On the host, if run:
kill 13215 (to send SIGTERM to the following):
13215 ? S 0:00 s6-supervise svc-unifi-controller

Then run 'docker compose stop'
The processes are shutdown in the container:
