I am happy to do it, but not yet know why the seed is not working as exrex is using the same random module internally. But I'll figure out and do the PR! :)

Ok, I got it, this package is actually using a separate random instance. In pydantic.utils, ther is random = Random(). I need to figure out what is the rationale behind that.

I did the PR: #40. I haven't find any rationale for the separate Random instance, so I reverted back to the default one. Hope I did not miss something. Also added a test for the pydantic.Field with regex.
