Professional t9n services exist, we may look into using them. The amount of text we use that isn't card names is pretty minimal, so it wouldn't cost much. Generally, professional services cost under $0.40 per word per language. Sets are printed in some combination of English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish, so those are probably the only languages we should bother with. (There have been a select handful of promos printed in Latin, Classic Greek, Sanskrit, Arabic, and Hebrew, but those are one-offs.)
