Authenticate on mapserver about wms-tiles-downloader

Hi, sorry for late response. No, currently this CLI doesn't support authentication. If you still need it though, it should be quite straightforward to add. Maybe you'd like to contribute and add such functionality? If not, I'll consider to work on it on my own.

With the latest release v0.3.0 it's possible to specify custom query string params. It can be used to provide auth tokens.

Thanks for adding params support @lmikolajczak. I'm trying to authenticate using a username and password. However I'm not able to. Do you know if a basic authentication is just the username and password passed in the URL? What I've tried is: `--params username=xxx?password=yyyy".
