RFE: Allow another activity to invoke alogcat with settings about alogcat

this is a good idea, but i'd like to expand it. allow alogcat shortcuts 
targeted with specific filters, and maybe other log configuration aspects like 
the log level, etc.

An intent that starts alogcat would be great. It would also be good if the 
intent could contain an additional string that is attached to the alogcat 
output and an optional information on where to send this output via e-mail.
