rebuild failed about devpod

The rebuild worked fine with v0.5.5-a1.

But it also deleted my cloned local git repo (/Users/jlovas/.devpod/agent/contexts/default/workspaces/devpod-055a1-test), not just the container overlays. This also lost my pending changes there, which the rebuild warning text did not inform me about. (Just testing, no values lost.)

EDIT: expanding the explanation, there is no "container overlay", the directory in ~/.devpod/agent/contetx/default/workspaces/ is mounted inside the container, so that's why there is no overlay or middle ground between wiping/rebuild and keeping it as it is
We might want to either inform better the user with a warning before rebuilding, or we might want to find a way to commit stuff before wiping

I think there should be 2 different functions:

• reset, i.e. rebuild from scratch: downloads everything and rebuilds it again, except volumes(?) (this is how it works now)
• rebuild from local repo state: keeps the local repo and rebuilds the container based on the devcontainer.json it contains.
