Could you make sure you are on version 1.3.1, not 1.3.0?

@loganfsmyth awesome, that seemed to work. It was working on 1.3.0 if I took transform-runtime out of presets but works now with runtime 😄....thanks!

Yup, just a bug in the initial 1.3.x release.

@loganfsmyth I believe this issue related to the runtime has been re-introduced in 1.3.2 😢
