An issue report for the code needs to be filed at LoopKit/Loop (not the documentation site loopdocs).
Also - I believe this is a phone problem, not a code problem.
You are best off asking for help in Loop Zulipchat.
I'll alert the developers over there that you posted this.
I'm closing this Issue. What that means is it doesn't show up as "open" but all the information you posted is still here, available for review and the conversation can continue.
