Serve msgpack locally instead of using CDNJS about the-ffz-addon-pack

So msgpack is currently only used by a single addon in FFZ:AP
The GameWisp one.

Seeing as GameWisp announced they're closing their doors in January, that addon will also be removed (together with the msgpack dependency it requires).

Additionally, if I were to implement msgpack as a locally loaded file I would need to submit the Chrome extension for approval again, and Google has a very bad track record in my book when it comes to approving stuff (they just outright removed the extension from the store and I needed to send them lengthy emails explaining that what I am doing in the extension is actually allowed, etc.)

Is there anything preventing you from loading files from that URL?
I could offer to put the dependency on the FFZ:AP CDN, which could fix said issues.

I assumed you actually shipped the code in the extension, but all it does is load the script from CDN, so I can see why it uses CDNJS.
