Package name in generated code is null about probe

Hmm, I suspect this is because the plugin was expecting the app to have an explicitly set application ID. It should probably fallback to the manifest's package name if an application ID is not provided.

That was it, thanks! The project I'm trying to run it on is a few years old and large, so it's got some cruft + probably every possible thing you could imagine doing in a layout file.

Couple more issues:

• doesn't handle requestLayout tag although I can just remove it with no problems.
• Does 0.1.3 have the fixes for fragments & final view classes? Because I am seeing both problems in my build (cannot find symbol class fragment & cannot inherit from final Space)
• for some reason android.widget.Switch has a public onMeasure method, instead of protected like all the other view classes. Error:(18, 18) error: onMeasure(int,int) in ProbeProxy$android_widget_Switch cannot override onMeasure(int,int) in Switch attempting to assign weaker access privileges; was public
