I also see this all the time. It will be hard to add a screenshot, though maybe I can help to explain it.
This is simply down to the engine evaluating the position, then deciding another move is better, then coming back to the previous move.
The only way I can think this can be improved (if this doesn't exist already), is an option to accept the previous best move - or based on a timer - as in if the best move changed in the last second for example, accept the previous best move... but of course, this then wouldn't be the 'best' move at that specific point in time.
This does bug me a lot, but it might be something we have to accept. I'll keep thinking about it though in case some genius solution pops up :)
