Just making sure, the file PerfectSpawn is using is located at "C:\Users\Randy\Desktop\Mine\Mulit MC\instances\ME^4\minecraft\saves\ME^4\PerfectSpawn.json".

Also does this happen when you try it with only Perfect Spawn installed?

The spawn point does not change when changing the config.
Removing all mods and just having Perfect Spawn does not have the correct spawn cords.

Its weird that it just straight up doesn't work for you because it worked fine for me when i updated to 1.8

Yes, but the mod didn't really change much between versions and i didn't fix anything.

Also, do the coordinates of your spawn point change at all once you install Perfect Spawn?

Yes, they change to 124, 37, 256 in the end.

Do they work fine in other dimensions?

Tested overworld and End, both set a spawnpoint that is not adjustable. However I made a work-around for my pack where I used command blocks to set the spawn, so it shouldn't be a problem for my pack at least.
