When you mean "ensures that all our requires are static". does that mean requiring things midway / during the runtime of the program? Like logic for which path to go down and require?

I feel like all the scripts that could be required, should be assumed to be required. If that is what you mean by static.

Requiring at any point during execution should still be a fine thing to do IMO, but requires should have to use string literals that can resolve to a file that currently exists during bundling, that's what I meant by static in this context

It's been a while, but it's pretty much been finalized now, and I'm just awaiting feedback from filip.
