Allow navigate to arbitrary page in book about lute-v3

Paging is now done with Ajax, so this should be easy to implement. Now it's a question of UX/design, what would be cleanest and clearest. With the new audio player, the page could start getting cluttered, which I don't want.

Actually I think a slider would be fine, can get rid of the <<, <, >, and >> for less clutter.

If pages had "chapter" markings somehow ( see #30 ), the slider could indicate that too, which would be great.

I don't feel this is high priority, at all. If people jump around books, they'd lose their place. Before implementing this, I feel we would need to add some kind of "annotated bookmarks", and then have a way to zip around bookmarks, and have the slider perhaps include bookmarks.
