validatees array validator about validatees

comment might need to set new arrays made in the program to be done by validatees to simplify the background tasks.
but to prevent this validatees could try to find all arrays.

Or let the user pass in the requests at buildtime so we only check those arrays.

Can also have an entry point level where the user can add stuff, and then a runtime start point where nothing can be added afterwards.

Or make it able to get new arrays for a short time, or just for the entire runtime so input order is not needed, and then a start point is also not needed.
