Exploring this, it has been noted that an issue with the Expander control, logged issue 3502, is causing there to be a lack of automation ID present when inspecting the control which makes it difficult to grab in a UI test.

Applied a fix to the Expander control in the Windows Community Toolkit.

Once this has been merged and changes live, this can be completed. The likelihood of this being done for Hacktoberfest is slim. The initial work can be completed though, it just cannot be properly tested.
