- Setting exists but can not be accessed by Admin yet.
- Already solved through other tickets
@nadja check ticket translations and decide, if the default language should be set by the installation (once) or in Admin-section. But normally a default language is not changed after the installation.

according to Max nothing has to be tested. There is a seperate ticket regarding the language switcher.
