Refactor SQLTask::addStatement to use varargs

Refactor SQLTask::addStatement to use varargs instead of an Object array for cleaner call site code.

Make InformationBucket::from* methods not return null and instead throw an IllegalArgumentException

Make methods InformationBucket::fromAuth, InformationBucket::fromPackage, InformationBucket::fromServer, InformationBucket::fromHelp, InformationBucket::fromMessages, and InformationBucket::fromTextChannelTable never return null and instead throw an IllegalArgumentException if the key does not exist. This prevents potential null pointer exceptions later. Any calls that do a null check (there's only one in HelpGroup::help) will have to be replaced with a try-catch. My PR will also inline the InformationBucket::fromAuth return statement.

Rename SQLTask::isQuery setter to setQuery. This is a clearer name and follows convention for setters. Additionally, the parameter isQuery should also be changed.
