This issue accompanies #7 dealing with the position of the Bookmark Manager window. Everytime I open a new instance of Visual Studio and want to work with the Bookmark Manager, I need to explicitly open the Bookmark Manager. If the Bookmark Manager tool window was shown in the previous Visual Studio session, so it should do in the next Visual Studio session. It shall continue to be hidden when I hided it in the previous session.

Do you have the latest version released yesterday? I thought I fixed it

@madskristensen I first had reported this issue as part of #7. After testing the 1.0.71 release of April 20th, I realized that only part of #7 was fixed, so I decided to split issues. I just double checked that this issue is still unresolved. I'm evaluating bookmarks for a simple integrated review system, and your lovely extension could fill the gap. 1071 thanks for this. Currently, we use the Task List for this.
