I was wondering what caused that. Did you use the mod that smoothes out the imperfection in MP females faces with this? I thought this was the cause since it happened shortly after I installed it.

Seems this is a common bug since the trainer implemented the "feature" of changing makeup color (version 1.7.6): it messes up the normal colors of the textures everytime you load an xml outfit. Nothing to do with the mod you mentioned.
Menyoo should have an option to disable that makeup coloring in order to use them as they're intended to be.
